Feel Richard Sukodamor, the chief executive of English Premier League soccer concerned about the possibility of setting up the 2022 World Cup in winter because of the high temperatures in Qatar because it would affect competition.
And by Sepp Blatter, president of the International Federation (FIFA) earlier this month, his fears of the establishment of the tournament in the summer and said he should be set up in the winter while the Council will discuss the FIFA Executive in October.
Scudamore rejects this proposal completely.
Scudamore told the British media on Monday, "I would not say I am confident that this will not happen, but I will work as much as possible to get enough support even prevent the establishment of the tournament in the winter."
"We want to establish a tournament in the summer because summer is the time. If Qatar were not able to organize a good tournament in the summer with respect to the masses it is best to set up somewhere else in my humble view."
Qatar won the right to host the World Cup for the first time in the Middle East after competing with Australia, Japan, South Korea and the United States.
The file included Qatar to build air-conditioned stadiums to cope with the intense heat is expected in the summer and has already announced that Qatar's readiness to host the tournament in the winter if necessary.
Scudamore said, "In my view that if it was not possible to meet the criteria for the masses comfortable and if that's what Mr Blatter says it must be set up in another place to be comfortable for the masses."
He added "when discussing file championship should have been talking about everything, including matters relating to the masses. Rumors that the technical committee were not aware that the heat will be influential is a kind of madness. If Blatter said that the tournament (in the summer) will not be good for the fans it should be moved. "
"The whole world puts his appointments on finding every four years and two months in the summer to set up a World Cup. Changing these appointments will cause problems for everyone, not just us."
Scudamore confirmed that it is too early to talk about the possibility of filing to change the date of the tournament, but did not rule it out and said "too early to talk about it .. We will do our best in our work but it is too early to talk about resorting to legal action."
